I would take Guns N Roses and throw axl in the street and HOPE a tire off the biggest tractor trail truck finds him, then I would substitute him with the lead singer of Mr. Big. Can you imagine how incredible that band could rock out?! Then they could call themselves "Big Guns". Pretty sweet huh ;-)
i dunno, the lead singer kind of is the band.
he's the frontman, usually the lyricist, and the singer. sometimes the guitarist, too.
so if you take him/her away, you're kind of messing up the whole band, just making it something it's not. then it wouldn't be the band you like, so.
i wouldn't change a thing.
Anthony Green (Circa Survive) and put him in From First to Last.
And not taking anyone out, because they don't have just one guy that sings. They have 2 guitarists and a bassist that all sing and write.
silverchair..definitely...I'd like to bring back the old Daniel. They're so much better before. Yep, I know people change but I like them much better grunge.

I've never liked Geddy Lee's voice, and I'd replace him with Geoff Tate (Queensryche)... but I'd keep Lee on bass.
