I loved her songs when I was younger! She has a really great voice!

Yes, Tall singer with Auburn hair and a great deep voice for a woman. I remember 18 wheels and a bed of roses, and a few more hits.

She and Suzy Boggus got lost in the shuffle in the mid 90's. I love Mary Chapin Carpenter and Patty Loveless as well.

She is now called Dr. Kathy Mattea after receiving her doctorate in the arts. She graduated from West Virginia University and is now a humanitarian and speaking out about global warming and such.

~~~WAY TO GO KATHY~~~
Yes Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses
I loved her. 18 Wheels, Walkin Away a Winner, loved her songs. I really love her version of "Mary, Did You Know?". It's really beautiful; if you haven't heard it, you need to.
yep, like the song"Eighteen Wheels And A Dozen Roses".
