Well she's kind of giving him a warning, like she thinks he's thinking of fooling around, or not staying with her.
She does say that she's his "once in a lifetime" match, but she also says that he could find a bunch of "once in a year" matches too, but then he'll be sorry for what he's missed.
All in all not the best song for a happy couple.
I think it's basically saying he wouldn't find anything better then 'this', meaning you.
I think its about how the guy won't find anything better than what he already has/had with her. I think it is good. A perfect song 4 u guys.
