From 1 to 100 what rating would you give to Freddie Mercury?!

Question: As a vocalist? I'll give him your max 100 rating. Because , if you listen to (and as Brian May tells it) the song "Love of My life" from Night At The Opera, Freddie sings the lead part , and all multi-tracked background vocals - which is not so much a big deal in itself , BUT ...Freddie did it all with so much absolute correct precision, that the background harmony parts are so precisely in tune , that the recording tape couldn't handle it all , and the exact correct pitch of the tracks actually "phased" within itself - I listen to this song all the time with headphones , and it vibrates so correctly that the power of the vocals will overload and distort the headphones! NOBODY has EVER done THAT!!! and that was before you could use a processor to correct a bad pitch.

Freddie was awesome, I'd say a 95

Freddie was as close to 100 you can get without going over!

96..
he was an extremely talented man..

97 it's one of the best singers!!

90 - he was one of a kind.

85

well he only has the best male voice in rock and roll, so why does he need to be rated? 100 all the way...

No doubt 100, I know I'm young, but I grew up listening to him. He's a legend, there's no one remotely like him! r.i.p

110!

The whole band was great ....Queen Rocked

One Million.

100!

that man was amazing...apart from his...little AIDS issue....

but Queen is definitley one of the greatest bands of all time!

Hes an easy 100, way beyond in fact. Total shame he had to die so soon. I mean he DID have a great career, but when I look at the likes of Aerosmith and The Stones, I realize that he could be right up there with them....still touring, still releasing new bad *** tunes.....man I miss his vocals....gonna go put some of his jams on now!!!

VOICE : 100
LOOKS: 150

95
