Being from Georgia, yes I remember Buck Owens and Hee Haw. Did you know that Buck Owens and Dwight Yoakam did a duet singing "Streets of Bakerfield"? Just realized I answered your question with another question! LOL!!

Virtually everyone who likes true country music knows Buck. He was one of the biggest selling artists of the late fifties and early sixties.

Ringo did a version of Buck's "Act Naturally", not vice versa.

Martin is correct and the song "Act naturally" was co-written by the late,great Johnny Russell.
