What song should I teach my ESL students?!
Question: They love American pop songs with lots of repetition. Boy bands are great (its an all girl school). It can't be too fast or they can't keep up or too slow because they will get bored.

The alphabet. No i'm kidding. Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne is an easy fun pop song to sing along to, and it's not overly fast or slow.
This isn't from a boy band, but my daughters love Kelly Clarkson and Breakaway has lots of mental imagery to go along with the song. It would incorporate many words that otherwise are not found in pop songs. Having a mental image while listening could help the students retain more without getting easily bored.

master of puppets - metallica ,... okay, that might not be axactly what you described, but i dispise boybands so i wouldn't advise them.
try some good music like fall out boy (sugar we're going down, dance dance, this ain't a scene it's an arms race, thnx fr th mmrrs, and much more but can't think of any more names at the moment), or panic! at the disco (i only know "i write sins not tragedies" and one of which i can't remember the name, but the clip is old fashioned and starts with a guy who's leaving for a stripclub and his wife is begging him (sickling dramatically) not to), or kaiser chiefs (plenty o choice there), or good charlotte.
my fav band is the rasmus and every single one of there songs is perfect,... try not like the other girls, in the shadows, don't let go, keep your heart broken, dancer in the dark, open my eyes, trigger, shot, one and only, vibe, help me sing, madness, bullet, can't stop me or one of the other songs ;) plenty of choice there since they're all great).
do not do boybands, give them some real music, show them not the dumpsites but the better parts of town,... if you get my drift
