Daughtry: Over.. what's it about?!
Question: Does anybody know what the song "Over" by Daughtry is about? I thought it was about a relationship at first but after watching the video I can't figure out if it's about a relationship or alcohol... and if it's about a relationship, is it about the girl in the video getting over the guy or vice versa? What are your thoughts about it?

well technically boy and girl are together. Can't really tell if boyfriend is a jerk or just mad at her for drinking and acting silly all the time. (drunk) so basically she is drinking and drinking. Boyfriend and her are heading down the road, there is a car accident and he dies (they don't really show that fact you have to watch it and really put your mind to it. but thats what we are supposed to believe happens. so she is going through the feeling of being responsible for his death. hence the cry in the mirror seen. Then she finally cleans herself up and decides to get into AA :) So she is really getting over the Alcohol
i think its about the relationship...getting over one another after your relationship is over
It's about the relationship but the alchohol had something to do with how it ended
This song is about a person that had their heart broken by someone they loved but they are now getting past it and moving on.
