How do i figure out which concert key a song is in?!

Question: i have this cd (the film soundtrack to Rent) and i would like to know which songs are in which key(in order to improvise with them). I know "Seasons of love" is in concert Ab major, but what about the others?
thank you!

I was in a production of RENT but I never really had to know the keys. I don't have my score with me but I asked one of my more musical castmates and this is what he came up with:

Rent - C - D
Out Tonight- A
Without You - D
Halloween- C Minor
I'll Cover You - C - F
One Song Glory - F Sharp
Seasons Of Love - F Maj
Another Day - C Sharp
What You Own - A - B Flat
Take Me Or Leave Me - F - G
Your Eyes - C
One Song Glory - F Sharp

I don't know if the movie soundtrack differs from the stage show...so this might be useless to you. Sorry if it's no help.

Next time I'm at home I can check my score if you want.

I find that it's usually the first note/chord of a song. Otherwise, if you go to a chords site like www.ultimate-guitar.com and find the song you're looking for, it's usually the (first) major chord in the song. That's usually what works for me. If you're playing a guitar or piano, I play the blues scale or the minor scale up and down the bridge/board until I find the one the sounds best which is always the key that it's in. I hope that helps.
