I think that at least from the line "Rock me like a baby in your..." it is obscene. The whole lyric does have a child-porn quality to it.
No, a song cannot be obscene . . only a person can.
I don't know about child porn per se, but it definitely gave me the heeby-jeebies. I would say more like pedophilia. Either way, I kinda feel dirty now.
