H#LL no, not as long as there's a HEARTBEAT in my chest!!!
CLASSIC COUNTRY MUSIC WILL NEVER DIE...
SHE'S WHEATHERED A LOT OF STORMS..
"SHE IS A STURDY SHIP THAT WILL NEVER SINK"!!!!!!!!!
we just gotta keep doing what we're doing right now and calling the radio stations and requesting the legends even though we know that they won't play them, and we just gotta keep buying their songs....if you haven't yet you must go out and buy porters new and LAST CD!

yes good old fashioned country western is and has been dead. know all we get is the stuff that sounds like 80 rock

Not as long as their are people like us to keep after the radio stations. If we all just call in once or twice a week and request an oldie. It would give the younger generation something to think about when they hear someone like Hank Williams Sr. or Ray Price.

I don't think so. It has been around for too long. And even the old singers music still sells. New things have to be put into styles of all things. But the best, original, always comes back. Even the Maxi length skirt.

no, as long as there are fans who keep requesting the good stuff be played on the radio it iwll be with us. Also buying the old cds will give record labels the boost to keep putting them out. Plus the fact there are hundreds of independent label singers out there who will gladly carry the torch. Have faith...

Classic Country will be around as long as there are people like us that enjoy the music. It will have to be passed on to generations to come for it to truely survive. There are radio stations throughout the United States and Canada that strictly play classic country and therefore there is currently a demand for it.

Classic Country Rules

Classic Country will never fade away
Let's hope this POP country trash that's polluting the airwaves will fade away soon and Country Artist get back to singing real country music.

Hank Sr. Can Still Put Em' All To Shame.

I dont think so. There is still a big fan base for classic music, and with singers like george strait, reba mcentire, willie nelson, and dolly parton-to name a few-still makeing music that is popular, i jst cant see it disappearing for ever.

Nothing weightless has any staying power, so there will always be a need for classic country music. For example, I like Taylor Swift a bit, and think that her song "Tim McGraw" was good, but I doubt that after a year or two from now we'll ever hear it again.

You can't beat quality, and like anything else, if the quality isn't there, it will have no staying power, and there will always be a demand for good music, which is what makes classic country so attractive, even after all these years.

there are still radio stations with just classic country, I like classic country because I like all country, new and classic, so I hope it doesn't fade away

if it'll make you shutup, then i hope so

What do mean soon? It happened years ago!!
