On the radio it's understandable but on MTV they cut stupid things out like when they cut out gun on Chamillionare or when they blurred Missy Elliott's shirt and all it had was OC on her shirt. I think MTV is trying to make the video's look like Hip-Hop is the problem but when it's someone else singing it they won't cut those things out.... I don't think they do cut out things in different Genre music.

The FCC has some outrageous restrictions on what is put on the radio and on television.
Just because it seems harmless to you dosent mean it is harmless to a 5 year old.

Rap = cool (for kids)
kids then think Gun = cool.
Result : kids with guns = BAD.
