There's really no competition. Manic Street Preachers are one of the best rock bands of the last two decades. They've released more great albums than most bands could ever hope to, and are responsible for some of the most iconic songs of the nineties. Stereophonics, on the other hand, are just a fairly average, and very overrated band, who have some good songs, and that's about it.
Manic Street Preachers. One of the greatest UK bands ever! :-)
