Old Rock Music Video With Teenager and Dog Who Are Blue, Sorta Cartoonish?!
Question: I remember this old music video back in like 2000, or something I cant even remember but it, has this teenager and his face has a very demented face thats blue, and he kicks a can in the music video. I dunno it has something to do with a dog thats blue, and at the end of the music video the dog gets captured by two people who look equally demented, that are blue that work for the pound or something. If anyone can give me the artist, the or the song that would be great, or if anyone even knows what im even talking about.
