Let him rock! Also, even if it hurts _your_ ears, introduce him to the other styles of music...classical, country, bluegrass, marching band..sidenote, Jimmi Hendrix was a huge John Phillp Sousa fan...opera (which hurts MY ears)..
Who knows, your kid may just be a member of the next Beatles..remember them? They were the band that Mcartney was in before Wings.

let him rock out man!
my 3 yr old niece knows all the word to 2 of rob zombies songs!
its normal for them to like rock music, just be thankful they have good taste in music!

let him rock out, at least he has picked up on legendary bands so early. Better than listening to adult contemporary (a.k.a. country music) or radio pop.

As long as the songs they are listening too don't talk about violence or drugs. But then again, at 3 years old they wouldn't know any better.

OMG!!! LET HIM ROCK OUT!!!!! My nephew and neice are fans of whatever my sister plays!!! Why did she want your son not to listen to it?? That's mean!!! It is normal for kids to like what their parents like!

Rock on little dude! Kids who love music must be allowed to listen to it--whatever it is. Who knows, the kid might have talent.

Hey, thats the music I grew up on... add in some pink floyd, jefforson air plane, and some who and I was a very happy baby!!! Let your kid listen to music it will enrich his life. If there are some songs with questionable lyrics... just skip that song. Never starve your child of music! I turned out ok... so will your kid.

Haha, let him rock out. I've been listening to Hendrix, Sabbath, Led Zep, etc. for as long as I've been alive and I'm pretty much positive that I've turned out ok.

Don't deny the kid the epic tunes....although I did read a research paper on the effects of heavy metal vs. classical music on rats (exposed for over three years). The first year the rats listening to heavy metal did not preform maze tests as well as the classical rats. The second year, homosexuality was on the rise for the heavy metal rats and then the third year...the rats actually started killing each other, while the rats listing to classical had even better maze testing and overall improved health. But these are rats in a cage getting music blasted at them all day every day for 3 years...I per scribe to everything in moderation.

u should totally let him listen to rock especially blacksabbath music is not limited by age let him rock out who nose maybe he'll be influenced by it and want to be a rock star and be really good at it and become famouse

just let him rock out its okay.

I'm a musician, so I believe that music should be prevalent in everyone's life. When my child is born in a few months, you better believe that I'll be playing music around him. There's absolutely nothing wrong with playing this music (or any music) around your child. I've listened to classic rock (Sabbath, Aerosmith, Zeppelin, The Doors, and especially The Beatles) since birth, due to my parents being huge music fans.

Your sister probably just has her own ways of raising children, hence her saying that she thinks you shouldn't let your child listen to music. I say let the child enjoy the music, and don't be afraid to introduce him to other musical styles.

Let him rock out!!! It's way better to let your kid listen to those bands than some of the "bands" from today. Black Sabbath and Led Zepplin are REAL musicians, and granted there are drugs and sex and other things involed in rock music, it's better for him to listen to real music than over-produced crap. And why would you sister say he shouldn't listen to music at all?? That's just ridiculous. Music is one of the most wonderful things in this world.

let him rock out. if he likes it then so be it. whats wrong with rock music?
if it were country would they feel the same way?

of course let him rock out...listening to music is way better than sitting him in front of the tv...just dont be suprised if he utters some words that arent "appropriate"....
