Probably Van Halen's Van Halen. In my opinion, it's their only good album, but then again, I'm not much of a Van Halen fan. But it is an influential album.
Although I pretty much prefer anything else listed over it (except Motley Crue). They don't nearly have as much influence though.
Motley Crue...Motley Crue was the MOST influential band of the 80s. I mean look they started the rock ballads with home sweet home. They started the Glam scene, the when everyone hopped on the band wagon they jumped off and went in a different direction. Motley Crue Shout at the Devil for sure!

Blizzard Of Ozz had better guitar parts. If all you want to hear is tapping (which sounds good until you learn yourself how to do it on guitar (too darn easy...too easy...and dont give me a thumbs down unless you actually play guitar and UNDERSTAND what Im talking about) it isnt anything special. Blizzard Of Ozz has better guitar parts so thats my answer
