They are actullay alternative.Some people think they are punk-pop.Some people think emo.They said they are alternative on MTV a while back.

I love them. They help me get over whenever I'm sad, or when I tried asking a girl to the dance. Perfect and Welcome to My Life are my favorite. They're under alternative.
Definatly a pop-punk, just takes the basics of punk and makes it way more acceptable for the mainstream...
