As for obtaining it...
You should not download music from a P2P program (or any thing that offers it 'free' for that matter) for 2 reasons:
1. Its illegal.
2. It is VERY likely that the file contains malware (virus) of some sort.
The best thing to do is to buy the song for $0.99 off of iTunes, burn it to a CD-R or RW (RW is better because you can erase it and reuse it for something else) and then rip it with a program like FreeRip (http://www.freerip.com/) which rips your music to MP3 format so you dont have DRM holding you back and can put it in a MP3 player. THIS IS PERFECTLY LEGAL and it abides to the Terms and Conditions.*
It may seem like a hassle but is sure beats getting a Cease and Desist letter from some upset lawyer.
