Check out "Begin To Hope" - it is her latest.. and really really good.
"Soviet Kitcsh" is also very good.
She is really quite different to the stuff on the radios at the moment, and it grows on you. It did for me and now i can't get enough!

Her newest one "Begin to Hope" is the most accessible but "Soviet Kitsch" would also be a good choice basically you can't go wrong.
Songs and Soviet Kitsch are IMHO the best ones to start with, pick one. Besides, you can't go wrong with ReSpekt.
