INXS once invited the entire front rows onto the stage to jam during the final song, and I've seen Buck-Tick pull people from the crowd to play parts of certain song. Also, Snow Patrol had a different girl come up and sing the duet half of 'Set Fire To The Third Bar' every show on their last tour.
