i am a muslim, so i think its safe to say that i know a good deal about islam.
the quran is violent, but not any more so than the bible.
women are not treated badly.. adultery is punishable by death in islam for both men and women.
and in islam women are allowed to own property, are encouraged to reach the highest level of education possible, and get jobs, just like men.
you dont see me going around killing babies, proclaiming that its in the name of allah, do you?
