Is Chevelle a Christian band?>?!

good question the band members are christian, and they play at christian functions often so i guess they are. my wife is a hard core christian and loves chevelle, that's the only reason i know.
idk but haste the day is they pray before every concert and their music is amazing!

Chevelle have never specifically mentioned if they are or are not a christian band. This is purely a decision you will have to make yourself, personally I see no proof of christianity, their lyrics do not honor God on any level or even mention any form of religion. Also on one of their DVD's they mention that they like to take shots before their shows. These are not things that honor the christian faith on any level
there first album point #1 was put out on christian label and all the songs have a heavy religious overtone to them. you should pick up its still good and it offers a nice juxtaposition to their other great albums. i think they probably still believe in god but have been corrupted a little by the industry and life
