Those whom have heard her and really listened are intrigued. I am always impressed with her diction and clarity.
She had a *gorgeous* voice. What a sad, preventable death.

I always liked her voice - there is something very soothing about it. It could lull you right to sleep, and not in a bad way.
Karen Carpenter was just a great all around singer song writer and performer How she died was horrible but I do think the media had a lot to do with her death- her voice will live on because of how much talent she had.
