Can you name this rock song about Track Marks and Addicts?!
Question: I wish I knew more words, but it is a heavy rock song on the radio and there is a line that goes like "What will they think when they see track marks on her arm" and the chorus ends with the word "Addict" like so and so is an addict.

"Thrash Unreal" by Against Me! Not too much heavy rock, but still a good song. Well, it could be the song. In the chorus, it says "junkie" instead of "addict".
