Why people like gangster's?!
Question: i dont understand. i dont like gangsters. i dont think their activity's are cool and i dont understand why people wanna be gangsters when as far as im concerned gangsters are low lifes who are looking out for themselves and dont give a damn about their comunity's. i'd rather be a real man than a real gangster.

Here's the whole situation as I see it (and I'm a used to be bad guy)
Real gangsters and hustlers are doing what they need to do to survive. The live in communities where activity is so rampant that the easy way out is to become affiliated. You become part of a family. You become protected. You become something that matters (even if it is in a negative way).
Real gangsters and hustlers are looking to succeed so they can do something different in life.
Real gangsters and hustlers know its not cool to live every moment outside looking over your shoulder. It wears on them.
Real gangsters and hustlers respect "squares" who do their thing and succeed even if it isn't the life they chose.
Fake gangsters and hustlers stunt and glomorize the life because they are either not really in the life or they are powerless within their organization and feel the need to show off.
These are the people that the younger generation 'like'.
Most of the times is younger males. Actually 99% of the time. Its just something about the watch out for your homies doing bad stuff getting all the girls (though most times they are just Sl*ts) Also due to tv and music its making things like that very appealing to them. Just the way things are i suppose.
Wow, that's really deep. No guys show their feelings, but I think it's soooooooooo cool when they do, and are honest about it! I agree with you, they are just low-life suckers with nothing good to say. I am not scared of most of them. But the funny thing is that I am not scared of emo people, but I'm kinda scared of ganstas! yeah you're right but it depends its the cycle of life anybody had a right to have opinion and to be what kind of people they look up to

I woudn't date a gangster, the whole look is getting old now. The whole look never impressed me anyways. I would rather date somebody who is himself and doesn't try to be something he's not. Most people who claim to be one are from the suburbs anyways which is pretty sad.
