See how professionals do it, and try copying them. After you'd master their ways, make one your own!
If you're not confident, ask your music teacher (perhaps) or sing yourself a lot.

ask a music teacher at school to help you
push the air with your stomach not your chest, and lots of singers don't open their mouthes enough. also, just sing along to cds. practice scales, singing in key is important too....
Hand out a lot of earplugs
