Does anyone know who remade What a Fool Believes by The Doobie Brothers?!
Question: It sounds like it has alot synthsyzers. I heard it on an alternative radio station awhile back but they couldnt help me. I have been wanting to find it like crazy for about 2 years. If you can tell and help me find a sample clip or something i will definently give you best answer.

Wiki says:
Several very different (and some not so different) cover versions of the song have been recorded, including:
1980: Aretha Franklin - from the album Aretha
1991: Matt Bianco - from Samba in your casa and 12" Vinyl
1991: George Michael - from Live In Birmingham, a 1991 live bootleg
1996: Compilation album Romantic Guitars: Amour
1997: The Wades - from The Feel Good Factor
1998: M People - from The Best of M People
1998: Peter Cox - from Peter Cox
1999: Aretha Franklin - from Greatest Hits
2000: Self - from Gizmodgery, where all the music is made on toy instruments
2003: Taste the Waste - live performance
2004: Courtney Murphy - Australian Idol 2004
2007: Lackthereof - from Bridging the Distance: a Portland, OR covers compilation
By process of elimination, the most likely contenders are M People and Self, I would say.
Sweetie,
I thought "What a fool Believes" was by Micheal McDonald. Is that perhaps a different song?
There has been alot of remakes. Maybe the one you want is by George Michael, The Wades, or M People. There are more remakes, I am not sure the one you want. Sorry.
kenny loggins co wrote it maybe it was one of his renditions
