Will this screw up my bass amp even a little bit?!


Question: If i use my electric guitar in my bass amp but with the headphones plugged in. Will this mess up my amp in any way?

Absolutely not; amplifiers are just that - devices to amplify an electronic signal. There is no unwritten rule that playing anything that utilizes a 1/4-inch plug through any device will ruin anything. Your headphones are safe, too. If there is any worry, it might be your ears after a long session!

No, it will not mess up the amp.

Playing a guitar through a bass amp might not yield your favorite guitar tone... but it won't hurt the amp.

it shouldn't, but playing a bass through a guitar amp will screw up your guitar amp...

ablolutely not...a fender bassman amp is an excellent guitar amp..old rock and roll guitar trick..sounds great!!!
