F.O.D (which means fukc off and die :D) is from green day's 3rd Album Dookie (1993) It is Track no 14 on the album :D

It is not one of their singles but green day likes to play the song live.

In the album version of the song there is a funny hidden song after FOD called "All By Myself" by Tre Cool. Check it out :D

I really recommend you check out the album Dookie because its got some great songs on it like -Sassafras Roots and Longview!
