Answers: Do you use flat wound or round wound strings? I use round wound, but I just want to know more specific differences, like playability, sound, etc. Thanks guys! God bless!

I use flatwounds only on all of my guitars. My speed is much faster, my hands hurt less, and there is SO MUCH LESS string noise when you slide up or down the string. If you can afford it, check out Thomastik bass strings. They last forever. Pretty sure you can find them here:
