Rock group called "Malum Prohibitum." You see, crimes are either bad in and of themselves ("Malum Per Se") such as murder, where even if nobody passed a law it's still wrong to do it, or they're crimes just because someone said so ("Malum Prohibitum") such as jaywalking. I mean, c'mon, who are you really hurting if you jaywalk? But you can still get a ticket for it or even, in some places, arrested.
