Yamaha vs. Bach?!

Question: I am doing a sales speech where I have to persuade people to buy a Bach Trumpet. I have to compare it with Yamaha and another brand. Can anyone tell me in a full descrisption the Pro's and Con's of both Yamaha and Bach?

yamaha is usually more lightweight than bach which makes it easier for beginners and intermediates to play..but tone projection wise bach would be better because when its heavy, u can produce a bigger and rich tone provided the player have enough air support to do that on a bach. the material in bach trumpets responds well to vibrations and usually the vibration will be felt on the whole trumpet which means a fuller sound can be produced while yamaha's material, most of them are not really responsive and the sound is very light. the valves of bach is heavier and response more to ur fingers while yamaha is lighhter and do not respond well to relax fingers..so it is actually easier to say,for a beginner, its good to begin with yamaha for the student to practice air support, strenghten fingering, and tone projection..an advanced intermediate or pro, its more suitable to use bach for its quality, tone projection, and valve response..
None of those will be the best for every player. Each one has different specs and characteristics. It depends a lot onthe player, what style he/she plays and what type of sound they wanna get.

Good luck...
