Yes. Amazing Lyrics can always rescue a weak beat. Nas does it all the time. He raps over the suckiest beats sometimes but still makes it a classic.

An amazing beat can't be ruined from whack lyrics. The beat would still bump hard but the lyrics would still be whack. My opinion though.
