Question: I don't understand why you see a need to mock someone's vocal cords. Mocking others is kinda juvenile.
That said, if a person wants critique (or needs it) then you must often be blunt. But that's not mocking. Mocking implies disrespect and superiority. Critique is respectful and intended to improve, not tear down.
