Dang it that is really a hard one cause you got all of them lumped together. Given the choices I gotta go with Watasha Waylon Jennings with Willie being a close second. I don't consider the great Johnny Cash as an outlaw but he ran with them so I guess you could say he was an outlaw by proxy.
