It is sampled from Stetsasonic's "Go Stetsa" which came out before the Audio Two (Milk and Gizmo's) Top Billin. I am an Old school head. ^_^ " Go Stetsa was released in 1986 and "Top Billin was released in 1988. Read the lyrics to "Go Stetsa" and you will see in the hook, "GO Brooklyn" is repeated.
