I didnt see it but that sounds like "Gone Daddy Gone" by the Violent Femmes. It was remade about a year or 2 ago by Gnarles Barkley and has gotten radio play. It goes " gone daddy gone, love is gone cuz its gone daddy gone love is gone, gone away, gone away. When I see you eyes will turn blue when i see you, a thousand eyes turning blue cuz your gone daddy gone, love is gone... ect.
