Chicks dig him for the same reason chicks dug Craig Mack. Money makes even the ugliest attractive.

As for me, I prefer the more clean cut, professional looking man. I'd prefer the executives rather than the rapper! LOL! I like the guys behind the scenes that you don't see and who have an image to uphold for the COMPANY, not for the video.
