Hey......I know what you mean....I was a limp bizkit fan back in middle school and in my early years of high school!!! I took alot of crap because I liked Limp Bizkit. But let me tell you why people say they suck!!!

Main Reason: Fred Durst! His head got toooo big and talking too much BS here and there....that he just anoyed people!!! It funny to say that NO ONE KNEW that Wes got back with the band and made a new album....No one knew that "THE UNQUESTIONABLE TRUTH" was out!!! Only hardcore Bizkit fans knew!

The first 3 albums were good in my book!!! The guy did write some pretty decent lyrics!!! But after he started to mix Rap ....thats what killed them!! Do you remember NEW OLD SONG??? This was a big slap because he got some of my fav. Bizkit songs and fu(ked them up!!! Re-arranged, with Bah buh sparks or whoever the fu(k he was. C'mon......the just killed it and when he tried to replace Wes with that other nobody.....it was an even more of slap in the face....they were getting booed off stage when they would perform!!!

If Fred didint get is ego too up there like he did....maybe they might still be out there trying to make a decent record to match up with the first two!!! But whoever says that Limp Bizkit sucks.......back in 1999, they were singing the NOOKIE!!!!

Just because you like them doesn't mean everyone else will share your tastes and opinions!

Well, people say Westlife suck and I still love them. I agree you have to listen to something before you say you don't like it, my bf is really into rock and metal and stuff and at the beginning I thought that this guy was really disturbed! But you know what? I won't say I'm the biggest fan yet but I am starting to open up towards that kind of music and I enjoy metallica and feeder and Good Charlotte etc. Once in a while we'll listen something I like (which is WL most of the time) and so we compromise. But it is unfair to say you don't like something just you don't like the image or the genre of the band...

Some people think rap doesn't belong in music, and that it's more a spoken word poetry with angry lyrics that incite people to do aggravated things instead of being calm in the heat of trouble.

Those people don't care for Limp Bizkit even if you gift-wrap the situation.

I have no respect for Fred Durst at all. The man has no talent whatsoever. Every second word is "f*ck" or "Sh%t", learn to write some lyrics Freddy.

I have to admit Wes Borland was a good guitarist but he has been gone for several years now.

My question in response to your question would be: I really don't understand why people say that Limp Bizkit DON'T suck....?

But as people have mentioned. Music is extrememly subjective and up to individual taste. Whatever people like to listen to is fine by me as long as they actually like it and don't like it because it is popular or other people like it.

Anyway I used to like Limp Bizkit about 9 or 10 years ago. I was an angry young teen. So I suspect this is just a phase you are going through. Your music taste will mature and you will realise the music for the rubbish that it is.

And the fact that Interscope Records paid millions of dollars for LB to repeatedly "drop in" on Carson Daly since nobody was accepting them? I saw them before they were big and they stunk then, too. Not to mention Fred Durst should be on Level Four in a Mental Home for serious pyschopathic behavior.

i think that some of the music is ok, but Fred Durst is just quite simply an unimaginative asshole. he cant rap or sing. but the actual music is kick ***. guitar riffs, drumming all top notch

Sam, who really gives a fu*k about what people say??Limp Bizkit is a great band, that's it, their cover of The Who's "Behind Blue Eyes" is one of the best covers I've ever heard. So please, ignore people, they are never satisfied.
