Answers: my definition of hard rock is narrow. I only consider bands like AC/DC, Van Halen, Guns N' Roses, etc... as hard rock. In recent years, the best hard rock bands I've heard are Brides are Destructions, Velvet Revolver, Buckcherry, The Darkness and The Screamin' Lords(who came out w/ their debut album just last month btw)
