Or could it be "Sock it to me"? Holla Back girl means a girl that will let a guy do whatever he wants and then just call her when he gets around to it. Usually like a booty call. So Gwen is saying, she's not putting up with that kind of treatment.

Now for suck it to me? I've heard "sock it to me" and "stuck it to me" but not sure what suck it to me means.... Sock it to me means like hit me with it. Like tell them the news. and i agree with her for hollaback girl.
