Answers: Actually, I think twista was recorded by Guinness World Records and was deemed the fastest (if that's a word) When Busta Rhymes raps on Gimme some Mo that takes some beating!! I knew Twista was fast. There was some discussion between him and Bone Thugz-N-Harmony as who was the fastest.
