I'm looking for this stupid song?
Okay. I was reading a book titled, "I Hate Myself and Want to Die: 52 Most Depressing Songs" and I came across one song that was so depressing it was banned from several countries. I can't remember who it's by, but I think it's by a guy (solo) and I think he's from somewhere in the Netherlands, or Germany...some country over there. But anyway, this song was so depressing that after people heard it, they just went and killed themselves. That's how it got banned actually, because too many people killed themselves. Am I making sense? Because if I am, please tell me what I'm talking about. I've looked through this book several times and I can't find the damn thing, so if you know, please tell me! gah! It's killing me (no pun intended)!!
Answers: Make people kill themselves? oh gosh, well I think the song that you're looking for is 'Gloomy Sunday' by the great Billie Holiday. Yes it was controversial and the song does creeps under you skin. Personally I think the song is good.
