ok i want to write it about teensgers and how hard life is for them and i want it to be a rock song!!!! The first thing I like to do is come up with lyrics, some people like to come up with music first, whatever works for you. Anyway, once you come up with some lyrics, have your guitar player play a riff or some chords, if you don't know much about chords, try these for a start:
G Em C D F
Start with "G" play the others in any order you want. Once you've got some chords going sing your words over the top, you might want to change the chords or melody, as you go, just keep going back and forth until you have something that fits.
Once you get your basic melody and guitar part going, your bass player can add his/her part and you can add your drum part.
Here's one I did by myself, but I used the same basic process, here's the guitar part (ignore the vocal bleed-over):

Here's the basic drum part - it's a standard rock beat. (there's 4 measures of rest in the beginning):
