Question:
What kind of judge would take kids away from their birth mother and give custody to an out of work father?
I think this is more a smear campaigning rather than who can provide the best care for the kids. I am not sure if Britney is a great mother but I am sure she has all the help she needs from nannies to cooks to teachers. Kevin can't even get himself together how is he going to care for the kids any better? This is really ashame in more ways than one.

I don't understand why they play that video over and over and over again. camera's are always in her face, people are watching her every move just waiting for her to mess up in the media's eyes. its insane! no wonder shes going insane because people wont leave her alone, I agree with you its a shame. That's the problem. Her kids are her "pets". She uses them for attention, but all the caregiving she has to offer depends on what she pays others to do it for her!
Sounds to me like they finally found a judge who wasn't blinded by the "stars". Its a shame that its getting all this publicity. when stuff like that happens to "normal" people, nobody cares. but OMFG ITS BE A CELEBRITY LETS GAWK AND SCRUTINIZE THEM AND LAUGH AT WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKES!!!
yes. a shame. Sounds like the child needs to be removed from the situation all together. Unfortunately the boy has little chance of finding a family who wants to love him for *him*... and not to use in some manipulative way. The media needs to stay out of private lives... don't care *who* they are. It's obvious that the judge thought her to be an unfit parent.
Perhaps it's all the time away from home she might have away from her children. Maybe there's a proven history of drug abuse. There are so many things that aren't covered that we will never know about.
And sure, Kevin is unemployed, but at least he wants and has an active role in his children's lives. That's better than I can say for some parents. WHOA BIG BOY !!!!!!
the judge puts the kids first and foremost
not wether he likes the fact that there mom is famous
and when that parent is taking drugs , driving when drunk , when do we take them away , when they are hurt ??
or before !!!!
and a nanny is not a parent !!!!

2. Kevin will be fine - not that i am a fan, but if he has custody of the kids , then SHE will be paying the bills. So now, K-Fed will have the money to go out and make a fool of himself too , then when the circle completes , the state will have taken the kids from HIM, and give them to someone else... a biased one . check out what some fans think at
