What do you think about itunes?
Answers: I think that they are awesome, they have great selection of stuff. I've never tried it. They're alright. I'd still rather go and buy the cd, but if there is a band where you exclusively only like one song by them, then itunes is great at that. Or if you have he video ipod and then itunes is even better because you can carry around a music video with you. i dont like paying for my music. can we say shhh limewire? I love it! I have it to play my CDs and other music I download, but I have never actually bought anything from it. I need it for my ipod though! Its great.
A bit annoying that u have to download updates for newest version nearly every week.
And LIMEWIRE will eventually ruin ur PC,im a computer tech.
Its nasty software..trust me I'm appreciative for my iPod and the ability to have to such a wide range of songs I love. I only wish they had EVERYTHING. A lot of times certain songs or certain artists are not available. I suppose they'd be fine if it were easier to play the songs on a non-apple mp3 player. If you don't have an ipod, it isn't that great, as you have to somehow convert their protected format music files into mp3s.
Apparently the best way to do this is by burning a cd of the itunes tracks and then ripping that cd to mp3s. Too much hassle for the occasional user. I would likely use the service if I could load the music onto my Sandisk mp3 player.
Like another answerer, I'd be more inclined to buy the cd.
