ha Caribbean Rhythms thats it. the host was hot. I used to love Teen Suimmit. They seriously need to bring that show back in it's original form. I think you're talking about Caribbean Rhythms. The one show I remember watching when I was little that reminded me of the West Indies. Yea....back when BET pretended they cared about our moral fibers....yeah I remember those days....and the Caribbean show was dope....it inspired me to take a trip to Jamaica...which was fun.....and relaxing...for all the reasons you are thinking of.... memories*.when BET was good.
