It is a commercial on MTV advertising Jam Session game.
It says somrthing about "I had a million dollars, but I spent it all".. etc. On the commercial these kids are playing a guitar on some game.. please help me.

Now that I know the answer, where do I go to put this on my phone as a ring tone? An acoustic version of Sublime's "Santeria". And you seem to already know the game. It's for the Nintendo DS.
