The video is just her and a black backround, she is blond and crying. It is a pretty sad song about her "boyfriend" and some other women. Maybe about him having trouble making a choice? I saw it on cmt about 3 weeks ago but dont know the song title or singers name. Younger blonde women with med. lenght hair.

Not sure of the song title, but the song is about her boyfriend seeing another woman and she finally decides to let him go in the end. I have only heard this song once but im PRETTY sure this is what you are talking about. I saw the video today and it has the same eliments that you mentioned
