1. Some new songs from Ashanti's upcoming album 'The Declaration' which is slated for an October 23/07 release have surfaced on the web:

(b) Switch - Ashanti feat. Nelly
- this is supposed to be her first video for the new album

2. Also she was featured on Jagged Edge's first single, "Put A Little Umph In It", for their upcoming Baby Making Project album.
3. The new album will feature production from producers such as Jermaine Dupri, L.T. Hutton, Babyface and Polow Da Don. So you know this album is going to be hot.
4. Ashanti will also be playing the role of Betty in the Resident Evil:Extinction movie to hit theatres September 21/07.
