doesn't sound Chinese to me (my younger brother is learning, i hear from him and many speak chinese close to where i live). although i could be wrong, sounds like southern asian, or maybe pacific islander. sounds familiar, but its just i a song i merely never heard of. try singing it out loud where there are a lot of asians and see which ones react.
